The aluminum frame characterizes the »me« iX range in its visual appearance and in its function. The panel-shaped legs fitted with interconnecting frames form a solid support for the different table configurations. The panels are available in two shapes, either angled to 120* for the table ends or to 180* as the centre panel when two tabletops have to be supported and connected one to another. The tabletops have either a veneer surface or are of solid walnut - as in the figure - or solid cherry. The necessary storage space at the desk is provided by the roller mounted container. The corpus - like the tabletop - is either veneered or is of solid wood, The fronts of the drawers and the back are of aluminum- faced sandwich panels.
